We ensure that our products reach you in the best quality and condition.



1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the package is opened or used.

However, refunds or replacements are applicable in the following cases:
• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged or leaked package
• Expired product received



2. Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
• Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
• Email us at support@skipwell.in



3. Refund Process
• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable



4. Replacement Policy
• Replacement will be shipped at no extra cost
• Subject to product availability



5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:
• Product is opened or partially consumed
• Issue reported after 48 hours
• Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
